Why would anyone tolerate eating garlic that has been bleached white, FOR APPEARANCE SAKE ONLY, but is almost completely devoid of taste, you ask yourself?

But buy it people do, day after day at my local supermarket.

I have to go to the farmers markets these days to get not only garlic grown in Australia but also asparagus.

Many chinese foods contain high levels of dioxins and other toxic chemicals and consumers remain blissfully unaware thinking that they are saving money by buying these brands.

If you feel strongly that the supermarket chains must be held more responsible for this dangerous practise, write to your local member and demand action......do it today before our farmers will lose everything.
